Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If the payment is declined or flagged as suspicious, the order will not be completed.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


7. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.


8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction that is identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
